a great online assistance tool for places to stay, where
they are in location to the school and all kinds of tips."

"While all city budgets are facing staggering deficits, public-private partnerships for these kinds of efforts are more important than ever. Truly, our colleges and universities are Philadelphia's meal ticket to future prosperity. We want prospective students to know that that they will get so much more than a classroom education in Philadelphia."
Judith Rodin, President University of Pennsylvania

The Knowledge Industry Partnership (KIP) was a three-year, multi-million dollar effort to show the world that Philadelphia is truly "one big campus"; that not only is Philadelphia a great choice for college, but also a great place to launch a career. This initiative was a stellar example of collaboration with innovative leaders from the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation (GPTMC), the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Economy League, Innovation Philadelphia, Collegia and Campus Philly working together under the leadership of former University of Pennsylvania President Judith Rodin.
