Developed in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Council on Higher Education (PCHE) and launched in September 2002, a major goal of this initiative was to recast Pittsburgh from "the Steel City" to "the College City". During our research phase, we uncovered that the region has the sixth highest concentration of college students in the country; a data point that has served as an anchor for our creative messaging.
